Matchbox CAT Takes Gamers Around the World Matchbox Caterpillar Adventures in Time takes kids on a realistic and heroic adventure throughout time and around the world. Gamers operate 10 different, powerful 3D CAT machines and reconstruct famous landmarks in five historic civilizations, including ancient China, historic Rome and a futuristic moon colony. For instance, in Camelot, players rebuild and defend the legendary castle from invading knights and fire-breathing dragons. While reconstructing the pyramids in the Egypt level, players discover interesting facts about the Nile River and the mythical sphinx. Additionally, kids can uncover secret levels and 3D printable models by finding hidden clues.

Adventures in Time CD-ROM Coming to Stores Everywhere Matchbox Caterpillar Adventures in Time is fully supported by Mattel Interactive through a national kid-directed television campaign and online advertising. Television advertising will appear on national, broadcast and cable programs airing between November and December. Online advertising and a game demo will all be featured on matchbox.com. Additionally, for six weeks in October and November, Mattel Interactive will host an online promotion and sweepstakes. The grand prize includes a trip to the Kennedy Space Center, where the winner will have lunch and a 'special tour' of the space center with a NASA astronaut.

Weekly runner up prizes include a collection of Matchbox toys, software and video games. Entry forms and official contest rules will be available on matchbox.com.
