If it is on a breaker by itself check the plug and the switch to make sure they are in good condition. If it is sharing a neutral, that would probably be a dishwasher or another plug nearby. Make sure the neutral connections are pigtailed and not just connected by being on the same plug. Also you must be sure that if it shares a neutral with another plug, those two hot circuits cannot be on the same phase in your electrical panel, they need to be on opposite phases.
